Church History
Hanwell Methodist Church was built in 1904. During 2004, in order to celebrate its centenary, a series of monthly activities took place which were aimed at involving not only its own Church members, but also associated Circuit members, the local community, past members and ministers and anyone who had links with the Church over the past 100 years.
For more about our Church’s history please visit our History page.
If you are interested in making a donation to our Church then please read our Covenants
and Gift Aid page. Our Mission Projects page also lists details
of projects that
our Church is helping to raise funds for.
While you are here why not visit our Prayers, Poems and Reflections page.
We also have a Puzzle page with a Bible theme. Many of the puzzles will suit our younger people but there is nothing to stop the older ones having a go as well.
Welcome to Hanwell Methodist Church, as we experience together the common life of worship, prayer and community. We look forward to getting to know you and discover God’s leading in Hanwell. We worship and work together with the local churches - currently establishing the Ealing Borough Food Bank and supporting the work of Ealing Street Pastors and Ealing Churches Winter Night Shelter Project.
We hope you will feel welcome, whether you join us as a visitor, or join our journey of faith more regularly.
Please note that our Minister is currently on sabbatical leave until the end of February 2021.
